The Good, the Bad and the Weird

Alright as you can tell in the letter heading I have some news that will be revieled during the letter.  First thank you for all the mail and yes Mom and Dad the easter packege made it and soon there after disappered into my stomach.  Anyway lets get started with the week.

Tuesday:
After writting you guys we went and played tennis and this being my second time in my life I didn't completely suck and it was fun.  After tennis I went back to the church with some others to watch Tangled and Tron.  Then Interviews with President and that was much needed and appreciated.  I haven't had one with him for about 2 months I think and I really appreciated the chance to talk with him again.  Sister Rogers in our district though has been having severe back pain for the last 5 weeks and they took her to the hospital that night to get her some medication.  After interviews we all went back home and went to bed.

Wendnesday:
Woke up, got ready and went to Zone Confrence.  We had to be there early because Elder Morgan had a meeting for district leaders he had to be at.  So while I was waiting I cleaned the area where we would have Zone Confrence.  Then Zone Confrence began.  The Sad/Bad news of this week is that in Zone Confrence President Roth anouced that Sister Rogers was heading home early.  This was a shock to us all because she only had two months left and we were all thinking that she could just stay and tough if out.  Even she thought that but the area presidency and told President Roth to send her home.  So that is the sad news of the week.  After that Zone Confrence was good and we had a really good lesson on the importance of the book of mormon and how to communicate with our companions better.  After Zone confrence we all said our goodbyes to Sister Rogers and took pictures.  Then Elder Morgan and I had to run to the Bus station to catch a bus home and actually had to bribe the bus drive to get on because he had no more seats but the two in front that are not supposed to be sat in.  He let us sit there and it was really fun being there actually.  We then got home and I had to go to the Sisters apartment to Sister Rogers a shot for her back pain because her companion couldn't do it and I was the only one willing.  The shot was perfect and everyone was suprised that I was able to do it.  I guess people can't see me with a needle in my hand without warning signals going off.  After the shot we talked a little then went back to our apartment.

Thursday:
After our morning routine we had language study then went to meet with Donka and Marko but they both weren't home so we surveyed for a while and then met the Sisters at the KFC in the mall for Sister Rogers last district meal with us.  We were both wondering why she wanted KFC until we had some ourselves and the KFC is ten times better here then back home.  After lunch we said goodbye till tomorow morning when we would be taking there luggage out the senior couples car and give Sister Rogers a blessing for a safe trip home.  After all of this we surveyed back to the church and then taught english.  After english we came back home and had dinner and went to bed.

Friday:
Went to the Sisters Apartment first thing to help move Sister Rogers bags to the Forsness' car (the senior couple that lives in Stara Zagora) and gave her a blessing for a safe trip home.  We then came back and had weekly planning that we couldn't finish because we had to go and teach institute to Lily.  Institute went well despite having to go through section 126 all the way to the end of D&C in one lesson.  After Insitute we had language study with Lily and then another dropped meeting.  We then had lunch and surveyed some more tell we had a meeting with Anton.  The meeting went really well.  We retaught him the restoration again and it was just a good lesson.  We then came back home and finished weekly planning and went to bed.

Saturday:
First thing in the morning after our studies we had english.  I was teaching second level all by myself again.  The class went well but slow.  After English we met with an english student and had a really good lesson with her and by the end of it she was asking us for a book of mormon.,  After that meeting we cleaned the church, had lunch, and then surveyed all day.  Near the end we went to follow up on a received of ours named Ivan but he wasn't home so we decided to tract his apartment building.  And her is the Wierd news we had a girl (around 25) answer the door completely naked.  She was hiding behind the door so we couldn't see anything but we could see enough to know and ya I just stood there for a second and couldn't talk.  After a few failed attempts to speak on my part she said not right now and closed the door.  Well there is the wierd news and onto the rest of the night we finished the the building and then went back home and had language study and dinner.

Sunday:
Went to the church building early to have a lesson with an investagator named Stela who never showed up and then had church.  Church was fun and I was incharge of third hour.   My lesson went alright and the main point got through but for a while it seemed like it was going to be a train reck.  After church we had lunch and then went to see Diyado Ioan.  After him we went and contacted another recived of ours named Yasin.  He is a apostel for another church (I don't know exactly what that means.)  We had a good lesson with him and then went to the church to help presindent Georgiev with some things and then surveyed the rest of the night while trying to find some people.  We did get a lesson in with some investagators of ours named Ivan and Didi.  The lesson went really well and at the end Ivan played piano for us and we sang a little.  We then came home and went to bed.

Monday (Today):
Woke up, got ready, cleaned, studied, dropped of some stuff at the dry cleaners, and now I am writting you guys.

Alright here is the good news.  I bought a scale to find out how much weight I have lost and (drum roll please) 35.9 pounds since I have arrived in bulgaria I am at 202.2 pounds.

Elder Austin James Ewell

May 25

Alright to answer the first question we have a zone confrence on wendsday and interviews today so that is why the P-Day was changed and you are all reciving the letter a little late.  The change is only for this week though and then we are back to normal so no need to worry.  So lets get started with the week shall we.

Monday:
Was a lot of fun.  After writting we went and rode go carts and that was a blast except mine decided to die on me before I was finished.  So anyway after gokarts we walked around Haskovo a little and then watched a movie before going on splits.  I went with Elder Korea (that is not how it is spelled but it does sound like the country.  No, he is not Korean he is from utah.)  We went up to the edge of town and tracted for the whole night.

Tuesday:
Went on a little run in the morning and then came back did our studies and went street boarding together until lunch and then I went with Elder Furtado.  We did some service for a member taking their winter stove down to the basment of their blok (apartment building) and cleaning it and storing it.  We then went tracking for the whole rest of the day.

Wendseday:
We came back to Stara Zagora and it was good to get back to our home city.  We then went and had district meeting and lunch with every one and then we went to the Major's house and did service for them with the sisters.  Elder morgan and I plowed a field for him with our bare hands (and some fun sharp hoe kinda of thingy.)  We then had dinner and came back home.

Thursday:
We woke up did our regular thing and then had lunch and went and dropped off the letter to the mayor that should allow us to street board, payed bills, and did some other finacle stuff.  We then had two meetings that fell through a language study/zone fund counting/dinner and then had english.  English was fun as all ways and afterwards we had a meeting with Anton and talked about temples and enternal life.  We then came back home and hit the sack.

Friday:
After our morning routine we had weekly planning and had lunch and went to institute to teach Lily the one and only student.  Afterwards we had a language hour with Lily and then a lesson before we went home teaching with Brother Major but I didn't take good enough notes in my planner so I can't remeber with whom.  Before home teaching we had a quick dinner and then home teaching.  During home teaching we decided to try to find as many men on the ward list that we could and to our dismay instead of finding four we found two moved away, one lady who had died, and a false address.  So we still got good work done just not the type that we thought we would.  So we came home and went to bed.

Saturday:
We had a big branch party out at this village about 20 mins. away on bus (I can not for the life of me pronouce it correctly.) The party was a lot of fun and we were able to finally find a bus about two hours before we had to leave.  Yea it is basicly bulgarian prom here right now so Elder Morgan and I basicly ran around Stara Zagora all friday and saturday looking for a free bus because they were all being used.  The party was a lot of fun and Elder Major made us some sloppy joes and all the bulgarians were freaking out because they didn't know how to eat it.  After the party we got changed and then we had dinner with the senior couple and Elder Bishop who had come in from the office to do the semi-annual audit.  We then borrowed Elder Bishop and the car they had drove in to go out to Kiliovo and give a blessing to a less-active member.  We then came back and went to bed.

Sunday:
We got to the church in the morning around 8:30 and from then on we were going to church and doing every task anyone could think of giving us because the Veliko Turnivo group was in for the week and the finacile audit was going on as well.  We didn't get out tell around 2:30 at that time we ate lunch and then went out to work.  We had a meeting with an investagator that went alright but there are some issues we are going to have to clear up.  We then took the sacrament to Grandpa John (Diyado Ioan,) surveyed, and contacted some people and then went to bed.

Monday (again):
We woke up and moaned because it wasn't P-day yet and then we went to find an investagator.  We found her (Donka) and taught her a little lesson and then went and had a home teaching visit with Marko.  We then had a meeting with this really nice lady named Maria who I have a good hope for and then we had lunch, language study and traveled to Plovdiv to have a family home evening with our branch president.  That went really well and afterwards we came to the Zone leaders apartment and went to bed

Tuesday (today):
Went running to see the sun rise and ran into a bulgarian prom party.  That was the most rowdy sun rise I have ever seen.  And then came back got ready studied and came to write.

Love,

Wow thank you for all the letters!

Thank you so much for all the letters that you guys have all sent me this week. I think I am starting to adjust to the pace that Elder Morgan has set because I am not as tired as I have been and I have better organized my days as well. Anyway lets get started with the week shall we.

Monday:
After writting you guys we decided to take a nice, relaxing, day and just do nothing until it was time to work. So we got caught up in our journals and just took it easy. After our P-day ended we had two meetings that fell through and so we just made some calls, contacted a guy from the army that I had found on splits and gave him a book of mormon, and then just tracted for the whole rest of the night.

Tuesday:
First thing we did in the morning was go to the police station to figure out exactly where we could street board and were we couldn't. It took a good 30 minutes but now we know and all we have to do is turn in a letter to the mayor saying were we want to go. So sorry to desapoint but I will not be going to jail anytime soon. After the meeting we had another meeting with a potential investagator named Maria. She thought the meeting was a half hour later though so we just surveyd until then. When she came she had also brought her sister Bozhidara (means gods gift in bulgarian.) The lesson went alright but it was a little awkcard because we had gone to the police station instead of doing companionship study and were planning on doing companionship study after the meeting with Maria and Bozhidara. So as you can guess got a lesson learned and then had companionship study and lunch. Then two more of our meetings fell through and so we just surveyed and then we had language hour and dinner. After dinner we met with Anton the member that we was just baptized. We went over the preisthood with him and had a nice good lesson. Sad though is that his wife isn't very comfortable with the church and she doesn't like that he is a member. It is good in the fact that he is talking with her about it unlike some bulgarain members whose whole family doesn't even know. After the meeting with Anton it was around 8:30pm (the worst time to have nothing to do.) So instead of heading home surveing on the way we went and visited Marin a potential of ours to see if he was home. He was and that at first was amazing but then with him after a almost train wreck we got another amazing conversation with him. So over easter week he had only eaten bread and rice and then on friday morning until saturday afternoon he didn't eat or drink anything as part of a fast. He said that he had felt something good like he was a better person. So we told him that if he would read the book of mormon and pray about it that he could have the same feeling and even stronger. He said he would do it. We don't know if we will see anything from him during this transfere but we can see something happening by june or july when he is on break from school. So after meeting with him we went home and then went to bed after planning.

Wednesday:
Alright Mckenzie I think that is how you spell Wednesday. Actually I just spelled checked and that is how you spell it. First we had to go pay some bills then had district meeting. The Ap's (Assistant to President) were there and they gave a very good lesson on how to make lessons happen. After district meeting we all went out to lunch and then Elder Morgan and I went and wrote up a letter to the mayor so we could street board. We then had a couple more meetings fall through and then we had language hour and dinner. Oh and I can't remeber when but some time before now we had picked up my bike from the shop. We then went to bike to a far away section of town and my tire went flat. So we could up Lily and english speaking member and went over the contract with her and had her translate the letter we had written up and correct it. Well from her we found out that my bike is a bulgar brand NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least that explains all the problems and we aren't allowed to replace it so it looks like we are just going to have to keep suffering. After this we went home planned and went to bed.

Thursday:
After our morning studies we had a combo language study and lunch and then immedetly went and got my bike fixed because we were biking out 16 kilometers (9.9 miles) to a village named Kiliovo to check up on some investagators because it had been a month since we had had the bike. So we got the tire fixed and then started the bike ride. Before the bike ride my companion was saying that it was a hard bike ride and that it was uphill a lot of the way and to just keep pedaling and other stuff like that. I know he was concerened about me because in his eyes I can't run very long and I am not really strong in the upper body catagory (AKA I can't do a single pull up or chin up no matter how hard I trie and he can't belive it.) Which these things are true. So it just seemed to link up in his mind that I would have a hard time as well on the bike. I tried telling him that I love to bike and that I had done slick rock 1.9 times (since I couldn't finish it the second time,) and that I would be fine. I also joked that I would be leaving him in the dust. He had never heard of slick rock so he didn't know what that ment so he just said that no I would be on the ground begging to rest. You know just friendly teasing. Well about midway there I got sick of following him because he was slow and just speed right past him and said chao (goodbye). I always stayed in site even though I had to circle back to wait for him a couple times. He was just amazed and lets say it didn't help my pride very much. Anyway the country side on the way up was beautiful and it was a good little bike ride. After we got to Kiliovo we had a amazing meeting with a investagator that through the whole thing I just felt like she needs to get baptized. After the meeting we went to meet with a couple of other people but those meetings fell through so we started biking back. We got back with our legs as jello because we had just biked around 32 kilometers (19.8 mi.) But we kept on working and had another meeting fell threw and then we had english which was a lot of fun like normal. We then had a meeting with Anton after english about tithing and then a another meeting that feell through so we packed up and went home for the night first time that day that we were able to relax.

Friday:
Well after our morning studies we went to an internet zala to type up the letter to the mayor in bulgarian and then we went to meet with a guy that worked at a puppet theater. He wasn't interested in learning more though so we surveyed to our next meeting but that guy nevered showed but then called back to reschedual for two a clock. So we then waited for another meetin with Maria and Bozhidara. While waiting we participated in institute with the sister missionaries and Lily. Maria never showed up so we then had the meeting with the guy that had reschedualed. His name was Slavi and the meeting went really well and we are exited to meetin with him again. We then had lunch and then a meeting that turned into a huge bible bashing session and other things and yea we are not meeting with them again. We then had home teaching with brother Major. We first met with an old branch president that was less active and lets just say there are very apostate doctrine/pridefull reasons why he is less active. Really nice guy but yea. We then and met with the Relife Society president and that was a fun meeting as well. We then went back home and planned and went to bed.

Saturday:
First thing after morning studies we had english which was fun as always and then we had a meeting with the lady from Kiliovo named Petyabut the she never showed so we cleaned the church had lunch and then like we promised her we rode out to Kiliovo again. This time it was hard for me and Elder Morgan took the lead so that was my little humbleing experince. We got to Kiliovo and didn't get to teach Petya because she was busy but at least she saw that we were serious about meeting with her. We then went around contacting a couple people. We then rode back home and weekly planned. We then had dinner and went to bed.

Sunday:
Well after getting ready in the morning we went to church and were stuck there till around 5 a clock due to some meeting after church that required the handy dandy missionary translaters. So after church we went and saw Diyado Ioan and then had a couple more meetings fall through so we just surveyed till it was time for bed.

Monday (Today):
Woke up early today to clean because we are now in Hasckovo to celebrate an elders birthday by driving go carts and then splits.

I really enjoyed all the letters and I hope you like this super long one.

Monday, May 9, 2011

Hello every body and how is it going.

Hello I am doing great here in Bulgaria. What about the rest of you? Anyway I love receiving all your letters and being able to call home Saturday was a blast and was really fun. Anyway for the benefit of those who were not in on the call I will send my regular super long letter of my day by day events.

Monday:
After writing you guys we went to a store called metro with a friend of mine to do a big monthly shop so we wouldn't have to waist any time the rest of the month on shopping. Metro by the way is a huge store and is basically the Bulgarian equivalent to Costco. You would be proud of me mom I got out of there only having spent 60 Lev (around 45 us dollars) and still had plenty of food for the month. So ha I win Costco I have gone into one of your look a likes and have walked out with purchased items yet no giant 100 dollar bill hole in my pocket ha ha ha ha ha HA! Now that I have calmed down over that victory lets get on with the rest of the day which was basically watching general/reading conference and then going back to work by taking down the font to dry and then going out tracting the rest of the night.

Tuesday:
Was fun because we had splits with the zone leaders again. They came in around 9 am and then we planned and studied together and then went out to work. Elder Beck and I (Elder Beck being the one who I was on splits with) first went to pick up some sticker copies so we could put our information on some more brochures for the day. We then basically walked around the city trying to find some people and contacting on the way. We then had lunch with everybody and went back to work for another couple of hours tell dinner. After dinner we had a meeting with Anton our recent convert that got baptized last week. We talked about having to learn on your own and enduring to the end with a little of callings mixed in. The meeting went great and I am looking forward to teaching him the rest of the post baptism lessons. After him we went to try and meet with another investigator (Antanac and his son Dobroslav (the kid I had my video game chat with)) but they were watching a soccer match and said it wouldn't be the best time to talk. So we went tracting instead for the rest of the night and came home to an amazing lazania that Elder Morgan and Myrick had made. Here was something shocking that I found in my numbers for that night. Elder Beck and I had gotten 32 successful approaches and 7 receives for the entire day. That may not seem much but let me tell you that is some missionaries weekly goals.

Wednesday:
First thing we had was district meeting were we had a really cool lesson from the zone leaders and then afterward we went out to eat with everybody. After lunch Elder Morgan and I went street boarding and were just thinking of packing up right when two police men came up to shoo us away. One of them spoke English and he was nice about it but the other one was a derril. Anyway we complied after finding out that was could go directly to the mayor and speak with him. So we packed up and did exactly that after the police took our information. Well the mayor and his Secretary were gone but we were told that if we came back tomorrow we would be able to meet with one of the two. So we put that in our planners and then went and waited for a dropped meeting and then had a really good meeting with a now new investigator named Temenoozhka. They meeting went really well and she is a very smart lady and sincerely wants to learn more so here is hoping. After her we had our language study, dinner, planning for the next day, and finally went to bed.

Thursday:
First thing we did after our mourning studies was go and see the mayor. Okay we didn't get to see him but we got to see his Secretary and basically we found out that there can't be any religious stuff anywhere on the glav. Second they want to work with us. Third if we came back on Tuesday we could see a map that showed were exactly we could do everything, and finally that we can basically put up English posters anywhere that we want as long as there are other posters there. So the good news is we might be able to street board the bad news is that we won't get arrested any time soon and I was so looking forward to it.:( Any way after that meeting we had a quick lunch and then went and tried to meet with a potential investigator but he never showed so we surveyed until dinner and then had English after wards. English was fun if not a little dull because what they said was hard last time was now to easy for them and all we had planned was to review with them. Anyway after English we had another lesson with Anton about the tree of life and then we went to the Forcness' because Elder Morgan had to talk with Elder Forcness about something then we came back home for a language study.

Friday:
We went our surveying after our morning study and tried to stop every single person we saw. Midway between we went back to the Forcness' because I had left my planner there last night and I needed to pick it up. We eventually made our way home while surveying for lunch and then had a lesson with some one that never showed up and then went and picked up my bike that was getting fixed and then we had our language study. After that we had dinner and then went home teaching with Brother Major which is always fun. After home teaching we came home and went to bed.

Saturday:
First thing we had after our morning studies was English we then cleaned the church (I put away the font) and then went and surveyed until it was time to call home. Calling home was a lot of fun and I am looking forward till Christmas. After calling home we had dinner and then went to bed.

Sunday:
After morning studies we had church. It was my first normal meeting since I got back to Stara Zagora. Church was good and I learned a whole lot of words. After church we were stuck there for a long time doing branch work and other branch stuff. Once we got away we had a quick lunch and then went and met with Diyado Ioan. It was a fun little meeting and we gave him the sacrament. We then tried meeting with a bunch of people but everything fell through and we eventually got to Marko's and had a lesson with him. His cat had just had kittens too and they were really cute. After Marko we weekly planned and had dinner and then went to bed.

Monday (Today):
Rode our bikes out to the statue, came back cleaned, had personal study and then we came up to write home. We are planning on having a nice relaxing P-Day as well.

Love,
Elder Austin James Ewell

P.S.
Letters of any size our quality are much appreciated so please WRITE ME!!!!!!!!

9 Months

Well hello every body and boy am I extreamly tired and I have no idea why.  This week was a lot of fun as well as really busy.  One thing that made it so much fun is that Elder Morgan and I diecided to not prepare or eat any food of our own making for the week and see if we could survive off of that (yes I know crazy but hey we have nothing else to keep us entertained and we are to weak to not have given in if we were to hungy.)  Anyway we did make it all week and amazingly we got to eat every single day as well which was really cool.  So lets start with the week.

Monday:
Alright after writting you guys we watched a movie, went out to play football, took the sisters to buy something in lozanets and then came back to watch more movies because I was still a little sick and Elder Morgan wasn't feelling good either.  After our P-Day was over we went and started tracting all over the place and somthing really cool is that two people gave us food while tracting which is amazing and never happens here.

Tuesday:
We had mission tour!  President Schwizter from the seventy came this year and mission tour was really cool.  He said something entricting though.  He said that baptism doesn't wash away our sins but the repentance process before and that baptisim is only a symbol of the convenat that we make with heavenly father to follow him.  Never thought of it that way and he made a good point that if baptisim is for the washing away of sins then why did christ and 8 year olds who are inisent need to get baptized.  I don't know it was a cool thought and I am still thinking about.  Anyway that rest of mission tour was really cool and we also got a meal in yes!  After mission tour we came back and met with Anton to get his baptisimal program organazied and go over the baptisim some more.  We then had a lesson with this really cool guy and his 12 year old son who is a big gamer and knows english perfectly.  It was a fun evening and I got to geek out with the 12 year old about video games as well which was a lot of fun.

Wensday:
First thing we did in the morning was go and advertise for english classes all morning.  We probaly put up around 200-300 posters between us and the sisters and not to spoil anything but it paid off because on thursday we had our old numbers triple.  After advertising we got ready and then went to meet with this one guy but he couldn't and so we work on Antons baptismal program, got interupted and given a ride by a potential investagator, finished the program, and then went home teaching with a member.  Home teaching was really cool and some cool testimonies were shared.   Also I seem to be able to understand bulgarian a little better this week.  After home teaching we came home and I went to bed.

Thursday:
It was a slow start but a good end.  First thing we did was go buy a hose to fill the font and some glue to fix the leaks so I didn't have to get under it again.  Well something intresting about bulgaria is that they don't sell hoses with male and female parts so elder morgan and I had to earn our plumbing merit badges again to fill up the font.  After buying the nessisary equipment we went to meet some inactive members and yea that was a fun experince.  Lets just say they didn't even know who joseph smith, lehi, or nephi were and a couple other things.  After that meeting we went and got the font ready, earned our plumbing merit badges and then went to go meet Donka.  She wasn't home though so we met with Georgi a guy I had found when I was here last time but was then dropped because he wouldn't keep commitments.  It was a sad meeting and he mainly just talked about his problems, but anyway after that meeting we came back to the church and planned for everything that we had to do for english.  English then started and it was a blast.  Elder Morgan and I are teaching 1st level and we have 18 students better then the 1 we used to have.  The class participates and they love the spiritual thought and a lot of them are interested in the church.  After english we had a meeting with this one lady who is the mother to a member but it was kindof a let down.  The reason why is because even though she really wants to know these things she can only come into Stara Zagora once a month to meet and she won't let us come to her villiage because the people in it aren't very religous people and they wouldn't like us coming there.  Anyway after her we met with Anton one more time and went over the baptisim stuff again with him and to see if he liked the program.  Everything was fine and the baptism has happened.  After meeting with him we then went home and had a language study.

Friday:
We were out all day helping some english members in there yard doing service.  We got there around 10:00 am and for about the first hour we got a little tour of the place.  We saw their pigs, pigglets, horse, donkey, goat, myriad of chickens, dogs, and geese.  After the tour we went to go weed their rasberry patch that after two weeks and a little rain was completely over grown with weeds.  The soil here is ridiculus you could probaly plant some gold and a gold tree would pop up out of the soil it is that ferital.  After attacking the weeds with little succes for 3 hours we had a very nice salad and then translated for them about a little problem they had in the neiborhood.  All is fine now and it was all really just because of the language barriar.  After that they took us to a couple of their non member friends and then we came back and had some mexican food (so good, and sorry max I know you are going to have a ton of that but that stuff is rarer than gold here.)  They then took us home and we went to bed.

Saturday:
After our morning studies we had english.  English was fun but a little more slower today because the lesson was really hard and everybody was starting to realize this was the reall deal.  But an english student did take a book of mormon after class so that was good.  After english we basiclly spent the whole day preparing for the baptisim.  The baptisim though was perfect.  I don't know how else to describe it.  Everything went of with out a problem and the spirit was there and oh it was just a amazing perfect baptisim and it was just good.  After the baptism we went on splits and then went to bed.

Sunday:
Church was really long today because we had a regualar fast and testimony meeting and then we watched all of sunday confrence.   It was really good though Anton got he holy ghost and he even stayed through all of confrence and I don't know even though I couldn't understand everything confrence was still very reffreshing for me.  After church we had a meeting with this one guy but he couldn't because his only break was on sunday and his girlfriend was in town and she didn't want to share.  We understood though and he asked if we could come and pick him up for church next week so we didn't feel to bad about that.   After him we had a meeting with diyado Ioan to give him the sacrament and he read me my horro scope and apparently I get really tired during half cresent moons.  The moon must always be a half cresent during my mission so far because I am so tired all the time.  After meeting with him we went back to our apartment and planned for the week and that was it.

Monday (today):
Lets see got my hair cut and ran out to the statue again and that is about it.  I will try to send you guys some of our warm weather and thank you so much for the letters and everything.  I will write you next week.
